Domestic Orders (within Australia)

Kona Designs aims to ship out your order within 1-2 business days.
Domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post and will typically arrive between 8-14 business days (including delays as a result from COVID-19).
For domestic orders, shipping is a flat rate cost of $10.
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate as addresses cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed.
Please note: any duties or taxes will not be covered by Kona Designs.
Costs for re-delivery attempts will be the customers responsibility.
Once the order has dispatched, Kona Designs accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. If this occurs, contact your local shipping agent.
Please note: we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.

International Orders (to New Zealand)

Kona Designs aims to ship out your order within 1-2 business days.
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post and will typically arrive between 10-20 business days (including delays as a result from COVID-19).
For international orders, shipping is a flat rate cost of $20.
Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number.

International orders (to USA, UK & Canada)

Kona Designs aims to ship out your order within 1-2 business days.
International orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
For international orders to USA, UK and Canada, shipping is calculated through Australia Post, based on weight, size and location.
There is an extra handling fee of AUD $2.50.
Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred on your order.
Once the order has been dispatched, Kona Designs accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. If this occurs, please contact your local shipping agent.

Duties and Taxes

There may be duties or taxes applied by customers towards your order when, or after delivery is made.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes or customs charges that may or may not be incurred on the order.
These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Kona Designs.
