For domestic orders, Australia Post estimates 8-14 business days.

For international orders (to New Zealand), Australia Post estimates 10-20 business days.

What currency will I be charged in?

All payments with Kona Designs are made through Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion will be handled by your financial institution. Please contact your financial institution with any further questions.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as Kona Designs works hard to pack and ship them off on a daily basis. We recommend you double check your order before you make your payment to ensure there are no mistakes!

 

Do the cases discolour over time?

Our cases are made from TPU, a material that is durable offers high protection. Clear and/or white TPU can turn yellow over time via a natural aging process due to color transference and chemical reactions when exposed to excessive amounts of heat, UV light, and chemicals. The level of yellowing completely depends on using habits and the environments in which the phone case is used. 

 

 

RETURNS:

I received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item

Kona Designs works hard to produce high quality designs and wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we are happy to offer you a full refund.

 

Who pays for the return postage?

Please note Kona Designs does not cover the cost of return postage so any duty, tax and/or shipping cost incurred on the return item will be at your expense.

 

How do I return an item?

To return a faulty, incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at customerservice.konadesigns@outlook.com, providing the following information and we will get back to you in a timely manner:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Why the item is deemed faulty, damaged or incorrect

  • Proof of damaged item

Do I pay duties or taxes on my order?

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes or customs charges that may be incurred on your order.

Unfortunately, Kona Designs does not cover any duties or taxes that may be applied towards your order. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are unique to each region and are the responsibility of the customer.
